As of January 28 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in writing to Bids@stpetersmo.net under the subject line "Bid No. 22-121 - 2022 Concrete Slab Replacement Program" or by mail to City of St. Peters Purchasing Department, One St. Peters Centre Boulevard, P.O. Box 9, St. Peters, MO 63376 before noon local time, Tuesday, December 28, 2021. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City. Work is to be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the project schedule stated in Section N of this document. Liquidated damages of $1,100.00 per calendar day will apply.
