Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

* Award subject to final approval. A total of 3200 Tonne of type R1 amour rock is to be supplied for this project and is to be sourced from a quarry certified by Nova Scotia Environment. The rock is to be placed on the seaward side of the dyke to provide stability and erosion protection for the dyke system on marsh site NS005 Dugau Ryerson, located in Annapolis County. The length of the dyke section where rock is to be placed is approximately 240 meters in length. During placement, the armour rock will be stable, tightly placed and interlocked together, with rock-to-rock contact and no overhanging or loose rocks. It is anticipated and preferred that The Works will be completed during frozen or near frozen ground conditions to minimize ground disturbance. The work is to take place in mid-January/February. The successful bidder must show that they have the resources and appropriate equipment to supply and place a minimum of 500 Tonne per day. The Works is to be completed prior to March 31st, 2022 Tender and addendum documents for this posting are only available via Ariba Discovery.
