The Town of Meredith is looking for hauling services for its Solid Waste Operations to include solid waste and construction and demolition debris. It is expected to be approximately 280 loads of which 150 would be trash and 130 would be demolition/construction debris. This contract is to begin on 1 January 2022 when our current contract expires. The Town of Meredith is not responsible for lost or missing proposals before delivery by courier, USPS, etc. A person authorized to sign on behalf of the proponent must complete and sign the Proponent Section (below), leaving the rest of the page otherwise unaltered, and include the originally signed and completed page with the first copy of the proposal. The Town of Meredith reserves the right to reject any, or all, proposals or accept the proposal the Town deems to be in its best interest, regardless of the lowest bid amount. All Proposals submitted shall be good for no less than sixty (60) days from the closing of this solicitation.
