Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
DNRBZ 2018 1210 Furnishing all labor; material, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the Traffic Signal Wireless Communication System which consists of installation of wireless radio units and wiring at all signalized intersections in the City. All questions must be submitted via Civcast. Deadline for questions is 72 hours prior to bid opening. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal and Bid Schedule forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid security in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submittal. The security may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City. The final Notice of Award of Contract shall be issued to the successful bidder by the City within sixty (60) days following the opening of bids and no bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. The successful Bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety.
