TITLE: Final installation of CDR equipment CLIENT / USER: Public Services and Procurement Canada. DESCRIPTION: The work consists of plumbing and electrical connection of laboratory equipment and insulation, identification and support work. TIMETABLE: The duration of the installation must not exceed eight (8) calendar weeks from the date the contract is awarded. SITE VISIT: No site visit THIS REQUIREMENT CONTAINS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: For further information, please refer to Specific Instruction IP11 "Security Requirements" and Supplemental Requirement CS01 "Security Requirements, Document Storage Location". COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT (A3080T): This solicitation is subject to the Vendor Personnel COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Failure to complete and provide the certification of the COVID-19 vaccination requirement as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive. INQUIRIES DURING THE CALL FOR TENDERS: Any inquiries regarding the Call for Tenders must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority named in the Call for Tenders - Page 1 at angelina.spina@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca and should be received at least FIVE (5) days prior to the solicitation closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries received after this date may not be answered. Offers must be submitted only to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated in the RFSO.
