Kristy Garcia Procurement Administrator The City of Mesa is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the installation of outdoor wireless Access Points (APs), backhaul, and related equipment for the City's Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), Mesa Arizona. The term of any resulting contract shall be for three (3) years with an opportunity to renew for an additional two (2) years as provided for within the Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions of this RFP. Renewals shall be executed when Contractor(s) has provided high quality services and service with demonstrated cost containment efforts All questions regarding the contents of this Solicitation, and Solicitation process (including requests for ADA accommodations) must be submitted in writing on or before 9:00 a.m., December 22, 2021, to Ted Stallings and Cheryl Noll, at Ted.Stallings@MesaAZ.gov, and Cheryl.Noll@MesaAZ.gov. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered.
