Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wallsburg, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of the construction of 22 new campground sites with sewer, water, and electrical hookups. A new restroom with showers will be constructed in support of these camps sites. A new water booster pump station and building will also be constructed to increase the pressures through Park. New water service lines will be extended from the new Booster Pump Station to the existing Entry Station and RV Dump Station. New PRV Stations will be installed on the existing system to protect the lower portions of the site from higher pressures. The work also includes all site clearing, site grading, roadway and campsite construction, utility extensions and repairs to existing pavement, reseeding disturbed areas, and all other items necessary to complete the work outlined as the Base Bid on the plans.
