The successful bidder is to furnish a nitrate oxygen product capable of achieving odor control biologically, by utilizing nitrate oxygen in the | wastewater collection system. The supplier shall provide pricing in terms of price per gallon of solution delivered and serviced. The minimum nitrate oxygen content and specific gravity of the solution must be provided in the bid and must be expressed as pounds nitrate oxygen per gallon of solution. All charges, including freight, testing services, equipment, and delivery shall be calculated on a price per gallon basis. The price shall be valid for delivery quantities of 2,000 gallons or more per shipment. The contract will be in effect for a period commencing on February 1, 2022 thru January 31, 2024 Bids shall be made on the proposal form provided in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. All bids must be submitted ina sealed envelope and clearly marked "BID" along with the project name. Ifthe bid is sent by Express Mail - the Express Company envelope must be marked "BID" along with project name. Bidders are required to comply with the current requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5- 31 et. seq. P.L. 1975, c.127 (Affirmative Action); N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 P.L. 1977, c.33 (Disclosure of Ownership) and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 P.L. 1999, c. 39, as amended by P.L. 2004, c. 57, (NJ Contractor Business Registration Act).
