Any bids sent or delivered to an address or location other than the one specified above, or received after this time, will not be accepted. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $40,000.00. A request for information (RFI) is a written process used to clarify a detail, specification, or note in the contract documents, provide notification of a possible error or omission, or request a minor modification due to possible unforeseen issues that may occur during construction.
