Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Colorado Springs Community Cultural Collective (CSCCC) requests proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor Services (CM/GC) for the City Auditorium Renovation Project. More general information on the project is available online. RFP documents may be obtained by emailing Chris.G@CommunityCulturalCollective.org. Proposals must be submitted to the CSCCC by emailing a pdf copy to Chris.G@CommunityCulturalCollective.org on or before 10:00 am MST January 28, 2022. Additionally, four hard copies shall be delivered to the CSCCC offices. Proposals received after the closing time will be rejected. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit has been scheduled for 9AM on Wednesday January 5 at the Colorado Springs City Auditorium at 221 East Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs. The successful CM/GC will initially be required to participate in the design process providing preconstruction services and detailed cost proposals through late 2022. Construction is not anticipated to commence until early 2023. Proposals will be evaluated on a best value basis; the final award will be made to the CM/GC best suited and appropriately experienced in this type of project. SBA small business enterprises are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFP. The CSCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all proposals.
