Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.

The SCBE requests bids for A. Maceo Walker MS Walking Track Surface Repair. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Scope of Work includes to repair and coat asphalt on walking track around practice field. The bidder must match existing asphalt thickness, it is approximately 3 feet wide and 1,800 feet in length. The anticipated terms of this contract shall be one (1) year(s) with the option to renew two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The work shall begin after issuance of the "Notice to Proceed. Estimated start time is 07/01/2022. Final completion date is projected at 06/30/2023. No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or other documents will be made to any Supplier orally. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact (see Part II, 5.0). To be given consideration, the questions must be received NO LATER THAN January 3, 2022 @ 10:00 AM CST. Questions that are deemed to be substantive in nature will be responded to in the form of an addendum and posted on SCBE by 4:00 PM CST on January 5, 2022, website Please do not submit question in PDF format.
