Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint George, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install (12) 83in x 42in and (8) 72in x 45in, (3) 71in x 43in (23 windows total) new roller shades in new storefront windows in the second floor of the Solicitor's office area at the Office Annex Building, at 101 Ridge Street, St. George, SC 29477. 1. Install new window treatments.(Color: Mushroom. Bermuda Collection. By Norman). 2. Patch, clean, paint and caulk any walls that are damaged from installing new roller shades. 3. Clean-up any debris or fix any other issues that may occur resulting from roller shade installation. 4. Any changes made must be approved in writing by county designee before work is performed. 5. Scheduling for the window treatment installation will be after the new windows are installed. 6. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty. 7. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any license and permits needed to comply with all state and local laws. Including but not limited to, business license, permits, w-9 and COI Work will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. This will be after the new windows have been installed. The County reserves the right to 1) reject any or all quotes and any part of a quote; 2) waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in quotes received.
