Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of upgrades to the shower room at Seth Grove Stadium including plumbing work for new shower heads and general trades work for new plastic shower compartments. The work also includes renovations to several locker rooms at the Heiges Field House. The work includes general work for finishes, shower partitions, new walls and installation of doors and some masonry infill and demo. Plumbing work includes upgrading showers and replacing a urinal. Electrical work includes a new sub panel, wiring for lighting and power to new lockers and new receptacles and data for TV/AV. Work shall be accomplished by three prime contractors, and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General, Plumbing and Electrical construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the Shippensburg University.
