The City of Corinth is seeking Proposals for Engineering Services for the repair and/or replacement of elements of its water, sanitary sewer, and storm water infrastructure within a 15-block area of its downtown district bounded by Jackson Street on the west, Childs Street on the north, Cass Street on the east, and Cruise Street on the south. Funding for the project is primarily from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) program established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and must follow the guidance imposed by the United States Department of Treasury. The successful engineering firm should be familiar with all aspects of the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) program and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program, and the requirements incumbent upon these and similar federal programs. Firms responding to this Request should be familiar with the U.S. Treasury Department's Guidance on Recipient Compliance and Reporting Responsibilities, as it may affect their participation or that of any subcontractors that they may use.
