The Pavilion des Seigneurs was destroyed by fire in 2022. Construction of a pavilion that will include a storage for sports equipment, multifunctional rooms and a skaters' room also serving as a four-season sports locker room. Costs are estimated at $12.9 million (7000006264). TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring, 2026, construction start is slated for summer, 2026.
