Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Pavilion des Seigneurs was destroyed by fire in 2022. Construction of a pavilion that will include a storage for sports equipment, multifunctional rooms and a skaters' room also serving as a four-season sports locker room. Costs are estimated at $12.9 million (7000006264). TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender is anticipated in early 2026. Construction is expected to start in summer, 2026, and complete in 2027. Further update in early 2026.
