As of March 14, 202,, The project has been awarded with the amount of $110,468.25. The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract with an experienced licensed contractor to replace the wood deck at our Shamrock Community Use Building, located at 2610 Shamrock Rd., Jonesboro, GA 30236. CCWA would like to replace the existing decking boards as well as any warped/rotten floor joist, and/or adding joist as needed to level up floor. CCWA also would like to replace all spindles with black cast iron material. An estimated square footage for the area is 5,670 sq. ft. The contractor must confirm square footage during the mandatory site visit. Specifications herein describe the work to be completed under this contract. The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) will open sealed bids from experienced licensed contractors via a virtual Teams. The Shamrock CUB Deck Replacement project.
