Renovation of an educational facility in Cody, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace hail damaged sections of the Cody High School Roof Approximately half of the Cody High School membrane roofing is hail damaged and scheduled for replacement. These damaged areas include the Stock Activities Center, the Swietzer gym, and western most section over the High School. Contractor shall remove and dispose of, existing field, wall flashing membrane roofing, sheet metal flashings, gutters and wet or damaged cover board or insulation. Install new roofing system as specified with all necessary appurtenances required to complete the work. i. Work will begin after June 1st, 2022. ii. Final completion of the work will be August 10th, 2022 iii. Substantial completion by August 1st, 2022 Project Location: Cody High School Complex - 1225 10th Street Cody, WY 82414
