All contract work and finish work shall be complete and site cleared on or before October 31, 2022. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Elevator upgrade, including machine, cab interior, and door replacement 2. Installation of steel access door to elevator penthouse. 3. Repair and paint metal frame at elevator door, six floors. 4. Install a conditioning and ventilation system that serves the elevator cab, hoistway, and machine room. 5. Electrical connection to new equipment. 6. A new generator for emergency power to elevator.
