Trowbridge Drive Improvements HUD Grant No. B-18-MC-48-0015 PN - 2020024 A. Trowbridge Dr. Improvements Project consists of providing all labor, equipment, material and incidentals to provide the improvements for Trowbridge drive. The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, incidentals and services for the construction and installation of the following work and as specified on project plans and specifications: Base Bid 1: Demolition: Curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, miscellaneous concrete, landscape and any type of decoration on parkways, wooden bollards, traffic signs. Improvements: Rolled curb, ADA copmpliant sidewalks, reinforced concrete, driveways, ADA wheelchair ramps, miscellaneous concrete, landscape, traffic, hydrant relocations, and traffic signs. The work will require establishing traffic control and erosion control measures such as hay bales, silt fencing, and stabilized construction entrance and exit Base Bid 2: Demolition: Milling of asphaltic pavement, striping. Improvements: Resurfacing with asphalt pavement, striping, traffic signs. For further information refer to construction plans and specifications. B. It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the Owner with a complete, operable system. Any part, ancillary items, incidentals, appurtenances, or items of work required to make an installation satisfactorily and completely operable shall be provided/performed by the contractor. All miscellaneous appurtenances and other items that are incidental to meeting the intent of the Contract Documents shall be included in the work even though; these appurtenances and items may not be specifically called for in the Contract Documents.
