Cost Estimate: Between $1,150,000 and $1,250,000.00 Bids received after such date and time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. Bids properly received will be publicly opened and read at the Districts Administration Building. The District is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. Work under this Contract includes: Install new air valve vaults and assemblies and connect to existing transmission main Remove and dispose of existing air valve vaults and assemblies Modify existing air valve vaults and assemblies All associated activities related to the above work including but not limited to surveying, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control, excavating and shoring, traffic control, dewatering, paving, and restoration and other associated work items. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to the District, which shall be binding for 180 days from the date of bid opening.
