Please see the details of the solicitation below: Bids submitted after this time & date will not be considered or accepted by the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District Faxed and/or E-mail Bids will not be accepted This Bid Package will consist of separate sealed Bids for the following Bid Divisions: 103: Selective Demolition 106: Masonry 107: Steel 108: Carpentry / General Trades 109: Roofing / Sheetmetal 114: Alum Frames, FRP Doors & Finish Hardware 115: Metal Studs / GPDW / Acoustical Treatments 118: Carpet / Resilient Flooring 120: Painting 140: Plumbing 142: HVAC 143: Electrical Bidding documents prepared by GMB ARCHITECTURE + ENGINEERING will be available for public inspection at the main office of the Construction Manager, McCarthy & Smith, Inc., 24317 Indoplex Circle, Farmington Hills, MI 48335; The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Project Bidding Documents & schedule, and to answer any questions Bidders may have. Following the meeting, the Bidders will have the opportunity to visit the Project site. The pre-Bid meeting is not a mandatory meeting; however, Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Masks will be required inside of the building. All Bids must include the following sworn and notarized statements: - Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205) - Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210) - Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220) The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through Building Connected by the Due Date and be delivered to Woodhaven-Brownstown School District's Administration Office & addressed to the attention of (Mr. Mike Belcher), within 48 hours of the Due Date. The Woodhaven-Brownstown School District will not consider a Bid that does not include a Bid security.
