Bidding documents prepared by GMB ARCHITECTURE + ENGINEERING will be available for public inspection at the main office of the Construction Manager, McCarthy & Smith, Inc., 24317 Indoplex

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Project Bidding Documents & schedule, and to answer any questions Bidders may have. Following the meeting, the Bidders will have the opportunity to visit the Project site. The pre-Bid meeting is not a mandatory meeting; however, Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Masks will be required inside of the building. All Bids must include the following sworn and notarized statements:
- Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205)
- Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210)
- Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220)
The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through Building Connected by the Due Date and be delivered to Woodhaven-Brownstown School District's Administration Office & addressed to the attention of (Mr. Mike Belcher), within 48 hours of the Due Date. The Woodhaven-Brownstown School District will not consider a Bid that does not include a Bid security. Further, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing
The Woodhaven-Brownstown School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, or to award the Contract to other than the Bidder (s) submitting the best financial Bid (low Bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion. *For official project details and updates including complete project documents, please contact the construction manager directly.
