The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of Fluorosilicic Acid (H2SiF6), a fluoride compound chemical, in tank truck loads for the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, on an as-needed basis. This chemical is used for the treatment of potable water and helps reduce the incidence of tooth decay. Q & A deadline: Jan 13, 2022 12:00:00 PM EST Bidders that receive an award from Miami-Dade County through Miami-Dade County's competitive procurement process must anticipate the inclusion of these requirements in the resultant contract. These general terms and conditions are considered nonnegotiable. Award of this contract will be made to the responsive and responsible Bidder who submits the lowest price for the item listed in this solicitation, and who meets the Bidder Requirements listed below. County reserves the right to reject any price adjustments submitted by the Bidder and/or to terminate the contract with the Bidder based on such price adjustments if not in accordance with the index. The contract shall expire on the last day of the sixtieth (60) month.
