General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract. Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self performing the Work. A. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and apparatus necessary for the purchase and installation of the spray ground as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for winterizing the spray ground system for the first Winter after installation and starting up the system the following Spring. A. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and apparatus necessary for the purchase and installation of a steel picnic shelter, complete and painted with a concrete slab floor as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. B. Shelter shall be pre-cut, pre-fabricated package that includes: structural frame, roof deck system, fasteners, trim and installation instructions. Shelter shall have a clear span without center columns or open knee bracing Excavation, filling, furnishing additional fill if required, compaction and/or disposal off site of all sand, clay, gravel, broken stone, limestone, soft shale, soft slate or sandstone, loose or decomposed rock, boulders of less than one cubic yard in volume and all other material necessarily excavated and not otherwise classified under this Specification Work under this section shall consist of the preparation and placement of exterior portland cement concrete for all concrete site improvements including, but not limited to concrete walk pavement, concrete trail pavement; roadways, parking lots, curbing, combination curb and gutter, basketball court concrete pavement, handicapped curb ramps, concrete pavement under playground surfacing, concrete shelter pavement, heavy duty concrete pavement on the prepared subgrade, etc. where located and as detailed on the plans A. The Contractor shall furnish and install complete vinyl coated chain link fencing as detailed and where located on the plans including chain link fence, framework, gates and fittings. B. All fence components shall be thermally fused, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) over galvanize unless otherwise noted. This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 10% of the total bid amount. This project does not require the bidder to submit an Economic Equity and Inclusion Program (EEIP) Plan or an approved EEIP Certificate with their bid.
