Offerors are responsible for making certain proposals and proposed contracts are delivered to the Purchasing Department. Mailing of a proposal does not ensure that the proposal will be delivered on time or delivered at all. If Offeror does not hand deliver proposal, we suggest that he/she use some sort of delivery service that provides a receipt. Lubbock Power & Light assumes no responsibility for errant delivery of proposals, including those relegated to a courier agent who fails to deliver in accordance with the time and receiving point specified. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for accepting proposals through an addendum. Offerors are to email Felix Orta at Forta@lpandl.com by January 4, 2022 at 5 P.M. CST, to confirm attendance and to receive the meeting invite. Please note your company will not receive the meeting invite if not requested by this time.
