The Architect/Engineer will work with the School District to identify improvements that potentially include renovations and/or additions to existing facilities in Alexander, ND. Construction is targeted to complete before August 2023. Content: a. Firm Introduction b. Ability of Professional Personnel i. Organizational chart for all key personnel. ii. Indicate the person that will serve as point of contact for all matters relating to management of contract and design services. iii. Design services to include Architectural, Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. List in-house and/or out-of-house consultants. c. Related Experience i. Experience in rural North Dakota K-12 school projects with comparable scale, complexity and function. ii. Include name, size, estimated cost, bid amount, final construction cost, change order rate, delivery method, and date completed for up to four similar projects. d. Current and Projected Workload e. Client References A selection committee consisting of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools members will short list firms, evaluate submittals, and conduct the interview process consistent with the Century Code of the State of North Dakota. Interviews are tentatively planned for the week of January 19, 2022. Alexander Public School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the School District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
