This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C2422B0019 - Project : Tele ICU at the VA New Jersey Healthcare Systems (NJHCS) East Orange Campus at Building 1, A Level A-Wing, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ, 07018. This requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all responsible SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $25,000 and $100,000. Scope. Contractor shall completely prepare site for install of the Tele-ICU equipment for 16 rooms. Contractor shall coordinate and support vendor as per specific tasks and attached documents. Specific Tasks. Refer to installation guide and site assessment (Attachments 1 and 2) for further details. Install a gang-box at location of Server; and from the gang-box (Per Attachment 1 - Site Assessment): Run 1ea CAT6 low voltage cable from Network Closest to server location in each room. Run a CAT6 low voltage cable from server location to location of the elert button. Run a CAT6 low voltage cable from server location to location of the speaker in each room. The gang-box outlined in #1 will need: 1ea 3-Port face plate 3ea CAT6 quick-connect ports At the location of where the elert button will be mounted you will need: 1ea Gang-box make sure the CAT6 cable is terminated with a CAT6 RJ45 connector. All Low Voltage Termination should follow the TYPE B Wiring (Diagram in Attachment 2 Installation Information) At the location of where speaker will be mounted you will need: To make sure the CAT6 cable is terminated with a CAT6 RJ45 connector. 1-Gang Orange (In Wall where Elert Button is going) One CAT6 Cable from location of ProMCS1500 to location of Elert Button terminated with RJ45 connector. Emergency Power Outlet required at location of Server in each room. Mount 19 GCX rail in each room. (Rails will be provided by CACI) Install door stoppers to prevent equipment from being damaged. Mount the 7-inch or 13-inch or 19-inch GCX Channel to the wall so that its edge is approximately 4 inches from the wall receptacle. Follow manufacturer s installation instructions to secure the channel to wall. Install 4 emergency circuits to power 16 outlets 1 per room 4 outlets per circuit. Install 400 of A 3/4 EMT conduit from panel to patient rooms. Install 3/8 greenfield from JB s to outlets. Install cut in gem boxes for outlets. Install outlets and plates. Pull #12 THHN solid wire in conduits. Terminate wires to circuit breakers. Label outlets and update panel schedule. Firestop penetrations. Period of Performance. Contractor to start immediately after receiving the NTP, estimate completion time is 60 calendar days. This project requires bonding (payment bond), and all responses/submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
