The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from professional consulting firms to manage a Smart Parking and Mobility Management Plan and Implementation Project in conjunction with developing a post-pandemic parking system business strategy to support the system's finances and provide a positive customer experience. The study phase of the project will begin immediately and then the consultant will assist city staff with selecting and designing the deployment of private vendor technology to support of implementing the smart parking and mobility strategic plan as funding becomes available. The selected Consultant will be expected to complete the contracted scope of work within the specified timeframe, under the general direction and coordination of the City's Parking Division and Information Services Department as authorized by the Dubuque City Council. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
