The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the City) invites Bids from qualified vendors to supply and deliver two (2) modular or mobile buildings to serve as temporary facilities for City firefighter staff to accommodate major renovations of City fire halls. Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services (MFES) will be renovating 17 fire stations over the next 10 years. Two fire stations will be renovated at a time. The City requires a company to supply two units of a mobile or modular building to temporarily house MFES staff while the fire stations are undergoing renovation. In addition a fresh/grey water containment unit may be required to support and provide services to each unit. To support on-going renovations of the stations, each of the two buildings will have to be relocated to a new site every 12-16 months, approximately. The Successful Bidder will also have to provide installation services for the initial site, and relocate and re-install the buildings at additional sites.
