The Contractor shall commence performance of the Services upon receipt of a written notice from the Designated Representative authorizing the Contractor to proceed, and only to the extent of such authorization. The City may, from time to time, request changes in the scope of services of the Contractor to be performed under this Agreement. Such changes shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Agreement signed by both Parties and shall include any additional compensation agreed to by the Parties.
