NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FILLMORE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP# 22-23 WAN TRANSPORTONLY AND BUNDLE TRANSPORT WITH ISP SERVICES District-Wide Area Network Digital Transmission Connect Services to Ventura County Of Education NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fillmore Unified School District ("District or "FUSD"), acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive up to, but no later than January 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM PST, a sealed envelope labeled with the title and number and addressed to the Fillmore Unified School District, ATTN: Andrea McNeill, Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, 627 Sespe Avenue, Fillmore, California 93015. Proposals will be opened at the above time and date. Proposals received after the above stated time will be returned to the bidder unopened. Proposals must be signed. This is an E-Rate RFP and a Service Provider Identification Number(s) (SPIN) will be required. Vendors must also be registered participants in the California Telecommunication Fund (CTF) program. Fillmore Unified School District ("District" or "FUSD") will accept PROPOSALS for TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR DATA TRANSPORT AND HIGH-SPEED DATA INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT AND WIDE AREA NETWORK SERVICE DIGITAL TRANSMISSION SERVICES. Interested Proposers may walk the sites to inspect entrance facilities - Demarc to MPOE. Site walks are available upon appointment for January 6th, 2022, and 7th 2022.
