Olmsted County , with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (in an Agency Construction Manager role), will receive multiple prime bids for the complete work to construct the Olmsted County Justice Center Remodel. There are four seperate bid packages, make sure you are bidding on the correct package. Questions Deadline: 1/7/2022 05:00 PM (CT) This Work Scope consists of the Work directly and indirectly required by the specification sections listed below, plus all project drawings, addenda, and other documents identified as part of the Agreement, regardless of design discipline, drawing sheet identification, or jurisdictional requirements. 1. Anyone working onsite will be required to perform a background prior to be onsite. 2. Contractors are to follow federal and state mandates for vaccine and covid protocols. 3. Temporary provisions as required for phased construction, including but not limited to, temporary piping systems for protection of adjacent occupied spaces. 4. Any misc. metals including unistrut need to complete this scope of work is to be provided and installed by this work scope.
