Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Hazelwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the bid that is most advantageous, beneficial or expeditious to the City of Hazelwood. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening. Bids may be corrected for clerical or typographical errors at the discretion of the City of Hazelwood, but not because of an error in judgment. The term of this contract shall commence after written notice to proceed and terminate 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Anticipated start date shall be February 7, 2022. Bidders Shall Include With Their Bids a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Money Order in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid. That if the "Contractor" fails to perform any of the terms of this contract, the "City", at its option, may cancel this contract, and if it desires, it may also claim a default and utilize the performance bond for such non-performance.
