**As of February 25, 2022, this project has been awarded to Ferebee Corp. and the awarded amount is $344,164.49.** The improvements will include milling, paving, and striping of the parking lots, supporting roadways, and Goldrush Drive. Add Alternate Bids will also include sealing of existing pavement cracks. Female and minority firms are encouraged to submit bids for this project. Bidders are advised that Cabarrus County Schools has established a goal of 10 percent (10%) minority business enterprises as mandated by GS 136-28.4. The bidder shall identify in the bid documents the minority business participation it will use on the project. Forms are included in the bid documents for this purpose.
