Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valley Park, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacing approximately 150 water meters with new radio-read water meters. Also includes meter box, curb stop, meter setting hardware, backflow preventer, labor for installation, excavation, service line tie-in, fittings, transmitter and 6' wire, vertical conduit for transmitter and wire, backfilling, labor, all required hardware (including tablet), all required software, AMR system rollout, and any other required equipment or software to have a completely functional AMR system. Additive alternates are also included for some of the above-mentioned work. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.
