Site work for a water / sewer project in Silverton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Bids must include the following: o Cellular cloud-based system o System supplier must have SOC 2 Type 2 security certification per the AICPA o Control system with event alarm and notification for 5 water wells, 1 ground storage tank, 1 booster station (2 pumps) and 1 elevated storage tank o Installation of Disinfection Station to monitor chlorine gas tank, flow rate, etc. o Data history and acquisition o Report managing o Must have guarantee and warranty on parts and installation o Must have strong technical support o The bids will then be presented to the council and the City may award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids may be held by the City of Silverton for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and to investigate the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
