Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 59,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and 4,200-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center.
The Waterloo Region District School Board, herein after referred to as the Board would be pleased to receive a bid for Tender 24-7500-RFT South Kitchener New School. The two-storey school be designed for JK to Grade 8. The total floor area of the school will be around 59,000 sq ft and will accommodate 16 classrooms, one special education room, six kindergarten rooms, administration centre, library, double gym (with stage, change rooms, and washrooms) and a 4m200 sq ft childcare facility.
