The City of Des Plaines, Illinois desires sealed bids for 2022 Bridge Repairs If this Contract is accepted, Bidder proposes and agrees that Bidder shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide, perform, and complete, in the manner specified and described, and upon the terms and conditions set forth, in this Contract and Owner's written notification of acceptance in the form included in this bound set of documents, all of the following, all of which is herein referred to as the "Work". Steel bracket assembly is to be anchored to the western culvert wall near the top at the north end. Bracket height shall be adjusted so that the angle at the north end provides a clearance of %" to the rotated northwestern wingwall. Location of post installed anchors shall be according to the plan details.
