Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rome City, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Notice is hereby given that the Rome City Town Council will be accepting bids for paving North side of Sylvan Lake (Spring Beach Rd, Chambers St, Lakeside Circle, North Shore Drive and Twin Island Rd). All bids shall remain in full force and effect for a minimum of 60 days and bids shall be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms furnished to the bidders and must be accompanied by the following supplemental documents: Bid Bonds or Certified Check and Proposal Forms. Bid Bonds executed by the bidder and a surety company, or a certified check, shall be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Failure to submit required information shall be considered sufficient cause for rejection of a proposal. The Town Council reserves the right to refuse any and all or parts of bids, to waive any informality in bidding and award contracts in the best interest of the Town of Rome City.
