The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Responsiveness to the bid will be established only if the bid meets the following requirements: Jordan School District will out for the Holidays from December 23rd and returning Jan. 3rd 2022.Will not be answering questions during that time period. All information requested must be completed and submitted by Tuesday, January 18, 2022, @ 2:00 p.m. (MST). If the required information is not submitted in a timely manner, the bid will be deemed non-responsive. All inquiries relative to this bid need to be submitted by Thursday, January 13, 2022, @ 4:00 p.m. (MST) The JSD Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the District. Bidders shall attach a bid bond or cashier's check payable to the order of Jordan School District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price on any bid that exceeds $50,000.The successful contractor must submit a performance and payment bond equal to the total bid price submitted prior to commencement of the work.
