Estimated budget: Base Bid: $75,000-$90,000 Alternate Bid: $65,000-$80,000 Total Bid with Alternate: $140,000-$170,000 Project consists of residential drainage repairs at two locations, one along Coney Island Drive and one along Hidden Pond Drive. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4-A, or a Bid Bond (with proper Power of Attorney) from a surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, payable without recourse to the Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4-A, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid submitted to insure that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and provide all necessary bonds within fifteen (15) days after Notice of Award of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds as described in the bidding documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
