The Work shall consist of, but not limited to, replacing concrete structures, including sidewalk, curb and gutter, cross gutter and spandrels, driveways, and access ramps; cold milling pavement and asphalt concrete overly; adjustment of sewer manholes and water valve boxes, signing and striping, traffic control, water pollution control, and all related work. No Bid will be accepted unless it is made on the Bid Schedule form furnished by the Public Works Department, Engineering Division contained within the Specifications. The time of completion of contract shall be thirty (30) working days as defined in the Standard Specifications for Public Works, 2018 Edition. Liquidated Damages, as defined in the referenced specifications, Section 6-9, shall be $1,500 per calendar day.
