The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, supervision and transportation, and all other services required to complete replacement of two fire hydrants and related shut-off valves located at Tubs City, Navajo County, Arizona. The Contractor shall furnish and pay for all supervision, labor, and equipment, mobilization.
