Two separate audio visual systems are being requested for this project. As noted above, the first system will be utilized in an executive conference room, and the second system will be utilized in a training room. The systems are to be self-contained and capable of functioning independently of one another. Attachment A and B of this document are detailed drawings of the executive conference room and training room noted for this project. The vendor selected for this project will furnish the items, equipment and software needed for the operation of each audio visual system requested in this RFP. Requirements will differ by location, so Proposers are requested to study this RFP to ensure compliance. Torrance Transit is seeking an experienced audio visual technology firm to assist with the development of a customized audio visual presentation system for our agency. The system is to be installed at the Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal which is currently under construction.
