CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/6/2022 4:00 PM Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish and deliver FOB, to 7707 Bluff Road, Lincoln, Nebraska the listed replacement reverse osmosis unit membranes as listed under the pricing tab in this bid solicitation. Bids received after the time and date established for receiving bids will be rejected. Each bid must include the full name and business address of the bidder and be legibly signed by the bidder. A bid by a firm or organization other than a corporation must include the name and address of each member. A bid by a corporation must be signed in the name of such corporation by an official authorized by the corporation to sign the bid. Any person signing a bid for a firm, corporation, or other organization may be required to show evidence of his/her authority to bind the firm, corporation, or organization. Each bidder shall submit as a part of the bid complete specifications and descriptive matter describing the work to be performed and a description of the equipment or other merchandise he/she proposes to furnish, including in the description such items as design, form, capacity, principles of operation, details of construction, materials used, workmanship, and guarantees of performance. The specifications and descriptive matter not in conflict with LES specifications shall be considered part of the conditions of the offer submitted by the bidder.
