Your firm is invited to submit a Competitive Sealed Proposal to the Owner, for the work described and located at the above address, on or before the deadline indicated above. Proposals will be reviewed and ranked by the board members and the selected respondent will be announced. Normal business, for the Elsa Housing Authority is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays.
