The Mosquero Municipal Schools (District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform architectural and/or engineering design services using the design-bid-build method in connection with the Mosquero Combined School for the District more particularly described at Exhibit 1. 1.1.1. The District is the lead in this procurement process with assistance and part ownership of the Project belonging to the PSFA. The District and PSFA are separately the District and PSFA and jointly will be referred to as Owner or Owners. 1.1.2. The District is located at 43 McNeil Ave, Mosquero, NM 87733.The Mosquero Municipal Schools (District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform architectural and/or engineering design services using the design-bid-build method in connection with the Mosquero Combined School for the District more particularly described at Exhibit 1. 1.1.1. The District is the lead in this procurement process with assistance and part ownership of the Project belonging to the PSFA. The District and PSFA are separately the District and PSFA and jointly will be referred to as Owner or Owners. 1.1.2. The District is located at 43 McNeil Ave, Mosquero, NM 87733. The Owners intend to issue one contract to the selected Offeror for the Project for a term of no more than four (4) years. 2.2.4. Deadline for Written Questions Offerors 1/17/2022 2.2.5.
