Renovation of a mixed-use development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,400-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Scope of work includes Primary Structural Steel Framing Fabrication, Joist and Metal Decking necessary for the construction of an approximately 9400 sq. ft. Elementary School Gym. After receipt of proposals, Stewart Builders, Inc. will conduct its evaluation of the subcontractor proposals in relation to the project requirements and will recommend proposal(s) that offers the best value to KISD Faxed or email proposals will be acceptable.
