Statements of qualifications from qualified professional project managers for managing capital improvement projects and ongoing maintenance and repairs of SSRA owned infrastructure included in the Base Area improvements. The Work consists of project management tasks, attending and leading meetings with the Urban Renewal Authority Advisory Committee (URAAC) and Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority, stakeholder and general public outreach and engagement, and a variety of other professional and administrative duties. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
