Renovation of an educational facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Systems for Oakland High and LaVergne High At the following locations provide and install complete, new HVAC systems: Oakland High School M Wing Lavergne High School Weight Room Lavergne High School Locker Room These new HVAC installations shall be complete and new, in all respects, and shall include all associated work necessary to provide these facilities in complete and working order and new condition. These work activities include, but not limited to: 1.Complete design documents by a licensed engineer in State of Tennessee to be submitted to State Fire Marshall. All work to be in complete compliance with applicable codes, rules and regulations. Type of system to be approved by RCBE before proceeding with any work. 2.Demolition of Existing HVAC systems in their entirety 3.Demolition of all associated systems necessary to accommodate the new HVAC systems, including electrical, plumbing, wall penetrations, painting, roofing, structure, ceiling, flooring, doors and hardware, special systems, control systems, concrete work, site work, landscaping, ductwork, etc. 4. Provide and install all new HVAC systems.
